I'M
FRIDA
I’m Frida Brooks — a ceremonialist, ritual guide, and devoted student of the Earth and the Great Mystery. My Sámi and Scandinavian ancestry informs my relationship with the sacred, with Nature, and with the unseen realms — and lives as an ongoing remembrance within my work.
MY STORY
For most of my life, I felt the call to something older, simpler, and more true than what modern culture offered.
I spent years studying healing, ancestral repair, meditation, somatic work, and vibrational medicine — not to collect knowledge, but to remember what the body and spirit already knew.
Earth Clan Collective was born from this remembering — a return to ritual, to the body as altar, to prayer as creation, and to living in harmony with the Earth and the cycles that shape all life.
Mission
To restore the sacred in everyday life.
To guide humans back into the body, back into relationship with the Earth, and back into the ancient wisdom that lives inside of all of us — so we can create, live, and lead from coherence, reverence, and embodied power.
